The Faculties of Adelaide University
Adelaïde University is organised around several specialised faculties, each dedicated to a specific area of the Group’s activity. These faculties, which are themselves structured into departments, form the core of our corporate university.
Faculty of Business
The Adelaïde University Faculty of Business trains experts with a strong winning spirit and natural curiosity, capable of creating value for our clients through structured governance, tailored teaching methods and strong links with the professional world.
Its ambition is to develop strategic skills in negotiation, consulting and innovation, while integrating new trends and technologies to optimise performance, strengthen client relationships and structure effective coordination of partner and influencer networks.
Faculty of Business Risks
The Faculty of Business Risk (P&C) at Adelaïde University trains experts capable of navigating an expanding and changing risk environment. The brokerage profession is evolving under pressure from technological changes and multiple crises that are hitting all economic players in increasingly short cycles. This programme aims to prepare employees by building their technical skills and developing their knowledge of corporate risk management while staying connected to market movements.
Faculty of Social Security
This faculty aims to train employees in the various social security schemes, whether they are provided by the state or offered by supplementary insurance companies. The aim is to enable them to understand the mechanisms and challenges of these complex systems so that they can master how they work. The training courses cover key areas such as health, welfare and pensions, and aim to provide the essential knowledge and practical tools they need to perform their duties.
Faculty of Data, Finance and Actuarial Science
The Data, Finance and Actuarial Science faculty trains experts capable of analysing financial and insurance risks through the use of data and understanding the accounts of our clients and partners.
It prepares employees to master the statistical, actuarial, accounting and financial techniques and tools essential for a good understanding of financial issues and for optimising the pricing of insurance products and strategic decision-making.
Faculty of Management and Humanities
By combining broad management skills, communication, personal development and innovation, the Management and Humanities faculty prepares students to meet the organisational and human challenges specific to the entire Group. It also promotes the professional ethics and interpersonal skills that are essential for creating a climate of trust with customers and partners.
Faculty of Technology
In a context of accelerated digital transformation, mastering technological challenges has become essential for all Adelaïde Group employees. The Technology faculty is therefore aimed at all teams, whether they belong to the IT departments or other business functions within the Group. It aims to offer a comprehensive, accessible and engaging overview of the concepts, tools and practices that are shaping the insurance sector today and tomorrow. The courses offered by this faculty help to develop a common digital culture, stimulate innovation and facilitate dialogue between business lines and technical teams.
“I am delighted to contribute to the Adelaide University project, convinced of the sincerity of its intentions and the collective strength it mobilises. The University is thus supporting Adelaide in validating the quality of its training programmes and the commitment of its employees. And, in return, their success represents genuine recognition for Adelaide, granted by the driving forces behind the company.”
