As part of its Better Future 28 strategic project, Adelaide’s ambition for 2028 is to:
- Pursue rapid expansion to double in size in five years
- Increase organic growth and targeted acquisitions in priority business lines and territories
- Support all stakeholders (customers, employees, partners) in better managing their risks in the face of future transitions
- Train 100% of its managers in ESG issues, and integrate ESG policy as a performance lever at all levels of the company.
