With the wealth of talent in its three companies, Verlingue, Génération and Cocoon, the Adelaide group is innovating by launching a business and management training programme, led by group directors and external speakers.

Each year, a group of around twenty employees will meet monthly to discuss a programme structured around three pillars:


– Training, to acquire a vision of all the group’s issues, and to develop their business/management and leadership skills,


– Specific projects that each participant will be responsible for leading in order to contribute to the Group’s development,


– Events in which they will have to participate in order to discover and acculturate themselves to new challenges and professional practices.


The objective is for Verlingue, Generation and Cocoon employees to acquire a vision of all the Group’s challenges and to develop their business/management and leadership skills.


The first class was launched at the beginning of 2022.
